Attention:  Are you looking for a REMEDIAL or Broker's Qualifying Course?

Here's your chance for a CLASSROOM course! This is a
45 hour Broker's Qualifying Course. 

If you were licensed before July 1, 2008, you will also need to have a 30 hour Remedial Course. This is to bring your course hours total to 120.  If you need this it can be taken before or after the Qualifying course but must be taken before you apply for your Broker's or Associate Broker's License.

The course will be held August 12,13,14,26,27 and 28th from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Jefferson Lewis Board of REALTORS® office, Watertown.

If you are in need of the 30 hour REMEDIAL course, click here! This course avails you of 19 1/2 hours of CE (you still need your 3 hours of Fair Housing required)  and is required if you wish to take the Broker's Course and you were licensed before July 1, 2008. This is the only time I will be teaching the REMEDIAL course this year or perhaps next, so if you need this now is the time!!!
